Industrial Development Opportunities

Cascades Business Park offers 42 acres of industrial land in North Bonneville, near State Route 14 and Bonneville Dam. Land and building lease opportunities are available, with infrastructure planned to support future development.  Three independent fiber providers serve the area. Utilities are in place at Cascades Business Park. The Port is soliciting bids for infrastructure improvements that will extend utility connections into the construction site and support future development.

Building #1 Planning

The Port is planning the first building at Cascades Business Park. A Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) planning grant supports this work. The Port is seeking a consultant to assist with the project planning and preparation for future development.

Lease Rate: Negotiable based on number of “family wage” jobs created and overall benefit to the economy

Utilities: City sewer and water, fiber optic, 3-phase power (PUD), natural gas, telecommunications

Infrastructure: Utilities are in place at Cascades Business Park. Upcoming construction will extend utility connections into the development site.
