The Port of Skamania County (Port) invites Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms or consultant teams to provide planning, owner advisory, project definition, cost modeling, and procurement support services for the first building at Cascades Business Park.

The selected consultant will support planning and preparation for a future Progressive Design-Build procurement. This RFQ is for an owner-side consultant. A separate procurement will select the future design-  builder.
