Seth A. Woolson was appointed Port Attorney in March 2023. Seth is a Principal at CSD Attorneys at Law P.S., which has a statewide municipal and business law practice based in Bellingham, Washington. Since becoming licensed in 2006 Seth has represented port districts and business clients on a wide variety of issues including public works, construction, real estate, contract negotiations, litigation, and general governance. In addition to serving as Port of Skamania County’s attorney, Seth is currently general counsel to four other port districts throughout Washington. Seth graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2006 and joined CSD Attorneys at Law P.S., where he has practiced his entire career.
