Commissioner for District 1. She resigned from the Commission

Bill, Facilities Manager
Doug joined the Port in May 2011. He has over
20 years of experience in the residential and commercial
construction industry. Doug has 15 years of experience
as a firefighter and has studied environmental law and
forestry at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
Doug grew up in Richmond, Illinois. He enjoys flying
in his spare time and has his private pilot SEL certification.

Kuhn, Facilities Specialist
Dave joined the Port in May 2014 as a seasonal
employee and a full-time employee in January 2016. Dave
has been a resident of Washington since 1968 and has
an Associate's Degree from Clackamas College in thermal
energy. He has worked in the timber industry for over
20 years and 5 years in the heating industry.

Monica Masco, a Skamania County native, earned her accounting
degree at Central Washington University and has worked
for 25 years as a controller, auditor, bookkeeper, and
tax preparer. After living in Seattle and San Francisco
for 6 years, Monica returned to Skamania County in 1993
and founded Arrowhead Accounting, a firm that provides
accounting and tax services to the community.

Somer Meade, Administrative Assistant
Somer joined the Port in September as the Minutes Taker
for the Commission Meetings and assumed more administrative
responsibilities in October 2016. Somer can reached

B. Woodrich, Port Attorney
Kenneth B. Woodrich, of Woodrich and Archer in Stevenson,
has served as Port Attorney for 20 years as of Feb 2016.
Ken became a licensed attorney in Oregon in 1983 and
since 1990 has been licensed to practice in Washington.
Kens practice emphasizes municipal law and he
has a keen interest in the Ports development.
As legal advisor he counsels the Port through contract
negotiations, property acquisitions and development,
lease matters, personnel issues and all aspects of Port
Ken is a University of Oregon graduate with a Bachelor's
degree in Biology (1978) and a Juris Doctor (1983).
In addition to his law practice, Ken is involved in
the community including serving as president of the
Skamania County Chamber of Commerce in 2001. Ken can
