In September 2016, Pat left his position as the Director of the Skamania County Economic Development Council to assume his role as Executive Director for the Port of Skamania County. Pat spent more than a decade working for Ports in Oregon as the Finance and Operations Manager for the Port of Cascade Locks and most recently the Port of Newport. With a BA in Business from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and an MBA from Marylhurst University in Oregon, Pat has amassed over 30 years of experience at private, public, and non-profit agencies. Pat is a 24-year resident of the Pacific Northwest and a 19-year resident of The Columbia River Gorge, having lived previously in the Tetons of Wyoming and a decade in Alaska.
