Todd has served District 3 since he was appointed on April 28, 2015, and elected in November 2015. His recent reelection was in Nov of 2023. This term beginning January 1 2024 will expire Dec 31, 2029.
Todd is an independent Wine Broker and has over 20 years of experience in the wine distribution industry.
He also serves the community on the Fire Department.
