Jenny Collins Taylor is the leader of Global Facilities and Site Services for Insitu, a Boeing Company. Jenny responsible for implementing “people first” initiative to ensure full alignment within the work environment. Global Facilities and Site Service covers multiple disciplines to ensure the functionality of the built environment by integrating people, places, tools, and equipment.  

Jenny attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration. In 1999, Jenny started working for the Port of Portland to include many functions such as Airside Properties, PDX Facilities, and Airport Operations. During her tenure at the Port, she was instrumental in the completion of several large-scale infrastructure-related development projects including runway extensions, facility remodels, and hangar developments. In 2009, Jenny joined Insitu to lead and develops a team of employees dedicated to facility planning, development, lease acquisition, asset management, and maintenance in over 500,000 Sq. Ft. globally.  She feels blessed to be back in her hometown and able to live/work in the Gorge.  She is married with twin boys and enjoys gardening and traveling.  Jenny prides herself on work-life balance.
